Pedals, Purpose, and Payments: A Personal Journey into Sustainable Finance
It started with a mountain bike.
The kind you daydream about on rainy mornings. The kind that makes you crave the outdoors and imagine a healthier, freer version of yourself. But the price tag? It gave me pause. I didn’t want to swipe a credit card or enter a Buy Now, Pay Later plan with unclear fees and long-term baggage. I just wanted a way to spread the cost, sustainably, without taking on debt.
The obvious confusion - what happens if someone else bought this combination of frame, group set and total spec? That decision — to wait — sparked a deeper reflection-
Why aren't there more inclusive payment options that empower people to make good decisions today without compromising tomorrow? That question led to Camino — our vision of a better, simpler, debt-free way to pay. A way where merchants are paid upfront, and customers can split payments without interest or credit checks.
For us, Pay Now, Buy Later (PNBL) isn’t just a new product — it’s a response to a very old problem- access. Not everyone fits the mold of traditional finance. And yet everyone deserves to participate in the economy with dignity, control, and clarity. This isn’t just a product story. It’s a personal journey — one that started with a mountain bike and grew into a mission to expand financial inclusion, one transparent payment at a time.
Because sometimes, the smallest purchases can start the biggest journeys.
